Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Drive and balance Sales & Marketing initiatives by executing seasonal strategy and campaigns towards the success of our brand and our key strategic accounts traced in LAM. Execute ISC, Roll out plan and activation in an efficient manner, coordinate with involved parties (key stakeholders, suppliers, logistic and clients) to assure deliveries and implementation in store. Follow up of investments, product availability and ROI measurement. Key Responsibilities: · Execute and control the Account Marketing Plan (AMP) within the global and regional guideline strategy, for the most relevant clients of the performance category and/or fashion cluster. · Elevate ISC and experience in Key Accounts, for strategic campaigns, commercial moments and drops. Negotiation of spaces with Sales team and create PO´s to ensure proper management of the resources of the business. · Generate direct communication with WHS team and CTCs for follow up on inventory availability and timelines of delivery of furniture, ISC and experience. · Deploy the installation of soft shop material to increase market share & upgrade brand image. · Budget control according Account Marketing Plan. Request of TA in case budgets requires it to ensure proper budget allocation and execution. · Generate reports and updates to WHS and Omnichannel teams, communicating implementation progress and ROI analysis. Key Relationships: · Omni team (VM, DTC Mkt, Trade Mkt) · Country´s WHS team · Key Accounts · Region team · Digital and in store activation agencies · Suppliers Knowledge Skills and Abilities: · University degree or equivalent education required. · Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function. · Establish negotiation skills with external agencies. · Proficient English, written and spoken. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: · 1-2 years’ experience
