At Inswitch, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead our payments team with a focus on payouts. As a leader in the FinancialTechnology (Fintech) space, we strive to provide innovative and efficient solutions to facilitate secure and fast financial transactions. Responsibilities: Product Strategy:■ Develop and execute the comprehensive product strategy for payouts functionality, aligned with the company's business objectives.■ Collaborate with internal teams to understand market needs, competition, and emerging opportunities.Product Lifecycle Management:■ Manage the complete product lifecycle for payouts, from conceptionto retirement, ensuring timely and successful delivery.■ Conduct profitability analysis and impact assessments to continuously optimize existing products.Interdepartmental Collaboration:■ Work closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of payment products.■ Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.Market Research:■ Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and technologicaladvancements related to payments and financial transactions.■ Conduct user research to understand customer needs andexpectations.Project Management:■ Lead and coordinate projects related to the development and improvement of payout products, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Requirements: ■ Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a specific focus on payment products and payouts in Fintech environments.■ Solid knowledge of technologies and regulations related to electronic payments.■ Ability to lead multifunctional teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.■ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.■ Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.■ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.■ Certification in Product Management or Finance is an advantage.
