The salary range is from 4.5M to 8M COP monthly. 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Colombian Time. Monday to Friday. Colombian holidays will be off and required to work during American holidays. Our Company Benefits and Perks: An indefinite contract that includes all the government benefits. 15 Vacation leaves per year. 5 additional paid leaves per year accrued from day one Private Healthcare with Dental insurance for you and one dependent within the 1st Month. 13th month Bonus About the Role Reporting to the US-based Marketing Manager and working with other Colombians, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive elements of the company’s e-commerce platforms. Working closely with internal development and marketing teams, you will bring innovative ideas to life for their unique in-house platform. Key Responsibilities Design and implement engaging, user-friendly digital experiences on their e-commerce platforms. Fully utilize Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across web and mobile. Employ Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphics, animations, and digital assets. Integrate AI design tools to enhance efficiency and introduce innovative visuals and features. To be successful in the role Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design, specifically within the e-commerce sector. High-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with AI design tools is highly desirable. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design work, including e-commerce projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders. What's Next?
