The salary range is from 3M to 4M COP monthly. 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Colombian Time. Monday to Friday. Colombian holidays will be off and required to work during American holidays. Our Company Benefits and Perks: An indefinite contract that includes all the government benefits. 15 Vacation leaves per year. 5 additional paid leaves per year accrued from day one Private Healthcare with Dental insurance for you and one dependent within the 1st Month. 13th month Bonus About the Role Reporting to the US-based Marketing Manager, and working with other Colombians, your role will support client servicing, developing strategies, and crafting marketing experiences on their platform such as surveys, landing pages, and more. Develop marketing strategies that involve a holistic approach - from in-store marketing to online, web development and microsites, and more. Develop and execute UX-first solutions and strategies that align with our client's goals and needs. Work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop strategic marketing experiences, including AI video-first microsites, landing pages, marketing funnels, gamified experiences, retail experiences, and more… Collaborate with designers to bring marketing frameworks to life, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and UX principles. Contribute to the team's creativity and strategic thinking, constantly looking for innovative ways to engage audiences. Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices in marketing and user experience to all marketing platforms and funnels. Assist in managing paid media campaigns and social media strategy as needed. Ideally, you will have the following experience and qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in a similar marketing role, with a strong background in strategy development and client servicing. Experience with design or design management is a bonus. Creativity and the ability to work with a design team is essential for this role. Experience in building strategic marketing experiences for clients. Capability to develop frameworks for marketing initiatives that designers can execute. Experience with the process and strategy behind UX and/or Website Development is key. Proven track record of working closely with designers and contributing to the creative design process. Flexibility and ability to pivot in response to changing environments and requirements. Nice to Have Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design Management, or a related field. Strong experience in marketing strategy and client servicing. Experience or knowledge in creative design work and UX/UI. Familiarity with Figma. Excellent communication and client servicing abilities. Design experience is highly desirable but not required. What's Next?
