Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer (senior level) to join our team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust applications, with a focus on both frontend and backend development. Your expertise in programming languages, web development, database management, workflow orchestration, version control, and problem-solving will be crucial for the success of our projects. Responsibilities: Programming Languages: Utilize Python for defining workflows in Airflow. Employ JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end development with Amplify. Web Development: Utilize HTML/CSS for building UI components. Demonstrate proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework like React, particularly for Amplify applications. Ensure responsive design for seamless functionality across devices and screen sizes. Backend Development: Implement backend services using Python Flask/Django, integrated with Airflow. Design and implement RESTful APIs for communication between frontend and backend components. Database Management: Proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries and managing databases. Understanding of NoSQL databases like DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Firebase Firestore, especially in the context of Amplify. Workflow Orchestration: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Apache Airflow, including concepts, DAGs, Operators, and best practices for orchestrating complex workflows. Ability to automate tasks and workflows efficiently using Airflow. Version Control: Proficient in Git for version control, branching, merging, and collaboration with other team members. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions. Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting both frontend and backend issues. Soft Skills: Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements. Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on both frontend and backend technologies. Proven experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React, Flask/Django, SQL, and Git. Experience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
