About the Role You’ll be reporting to the E-commerce Manager based in the USA. The E-commerce Wholesale Coordinator will primarily be responsible for uploading products to our vendor's websites, with minimal interaction with the warehouse, focusing mainly on tracking returns. Key Responsibilities Uploading new products to vendor websites with accurate descriptions and images. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with teams to address discrepancies. Tracking returns and processing refunds or replacements as necessary. Auditing product listings to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies. Assisting with promotional campaigns and coordinating product launches across e-commerce channels. Ideally, you will have the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, preferably in product coordination or similar roles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English B2, C1 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment Knowledge of Shopify, Gorgias, or similar e-commerce platforms and processes is a plus What's Next?
