Bullpen Talent matches the most talented contractors with top US companies and brands.Our client is a fast growing real estate owner and property manager in Washington State, USA and is looking for a Virtual Commercial Property Manager This is a remote position and expected to work 40 hours per week on a U.S. Pacific Coast time zone (Seattle Washington). The candidate will report directly to the on-site property manager and regional manager and will need to have Excellent English Skills (both written and spoken) and will be expected to talk to tenants and their manager frequently. Requirements: Experience in commercial real estate rentals or property management preferred, including experience in one of these (office, retail, industrial, healthcare) Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, etc. Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiations, documentation and administration Experience with Yardi or similar commercial property management software (Kardin, MRI, etc.) Skilled with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent English Skills - no exceptions You must have your own computer, strong Internet connection and a clean home office Role and Responsibilities This role will support the on-site property manager and regional manager Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.
