Job Summary Puzzle is looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with Marketplace AND Auction expertise to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend systems using modern technologies. Integrate Stripe payment platform to facilitate secure and seamless transactions. Design and implement marketplace/auction functionalities to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver high-quality backend solutions. Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems. Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Backend Engineer. Proficiency in backend development using relevant technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express.js, Mongo, Typescript) Experience developing marketplace AND auction functionalities is a must. Experience integrating and working with Stripe or similar payment platforms. Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling. Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with Recoil framework, PWAs, and Redis. Experience in developing E-commerce & Retail solutions. Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms. Ability to write clean, maintainable code and adhere to coding standards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
