What we’re looking for At Ideaware, we are looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team in a full-time contract position, & work on an international project with one of our partners located in the U.S. As an artificial intelligence engineer, you will be expected to have a keen interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, LLMs, and staying current with the latest developments in a rapidly changing field. Responsibilities - Design and develop LLMs and AI models to meet project requirements.- Convert AI/ML models into APIs that other developers can use.- Develop creative use cases of LLMs for Marketing Funnels and SaaS.- Manage web project infrastructure and the integration of LLMs.- Work with front-end and back-end engineers to integrate LLMs workflows with new and already existing codebases. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or several years of experience (+3 yrs) in computer science, data science, backend development, or another related field; a master’s degree is a plus. Must-Have Hands-on experience with LLM models, including OpenAI’s GPT3.5, GPT4, and Whisper. Hands-on experience using Langchain and Rest APIs. Hands-on experience with vector similarity search and vector databases. Proficiency in English. B2 level or above. Nice-to-Have Solid understanding of Python and Django for AI and web development. Solid hands-on experience developing end-to-end RAG pipelines. Solid Hands-on Experience with Agent-driven Gen-AI architectures and solutions. Knowledge of web development with Ruby on Rails and Javascript is a plus. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and using popular LLMs. Hands-on Experience with Fine-Tuning LLM models. Excellent communication skills.
