With nearly 50 team members across multiple countries, this US-based e-commerce agency is eager to continue expanding operations to Medellin and Bogota. Work mainly from home with the potential of regularly meeting in an office with the Colombian team. Pre-paid and dental health insurance under an indefinite contract. 8M to 10M COP per month 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Colombia Time. Monday to Friday. Colombian holidays will be off Benefits An indefinite contract that includes all the government benefits. 15 Vacation leaves per year. 5 additional paid leaves per year accrued from day one Private Healthcare with Dental insurance for you and one dependent within the 1st Month. About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be at the helm of the operations, guiding the rapidly expanding team in Colombia . Seeking a passionate and results-driven amazing salesperson who can identify and qualify leads through strategic research and outreach efforts. Ideally, you will have the following experience and qualifications: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools. A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced, startup environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Manage multiple priorities with agility and a proactive attitude. Attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and strategic thinking. Experience in eCommerce or retail environments is preferred. Perform other duties as assigned . What's Next?
