At Rob Levine Law, we help law firms with business growth and improvement. From MasterMind Groups to customized law firm consulting to our annual in-person Summit event, we help build the skills that law school never taught law firms such as Marketing, Management, and Operations. We are currently seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to spearhead initiatives, foster customer relationships and ensure successful product launches. This field-based role entails engaging law firms both in-person and via Zoom, with occasional conference participation as required. The Sales Account Manager will act as a subject matter expert and advocate, responsible for driving performance while offering strategic account management support. They'll leverage their understanding of market dynamics to identify key stakeholders and anticipate market trends. Responsibilities:• Conduct virtual and in-person customer engagements effectively.• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to exceed annual sales targets.• Ethically promote our product suite, aligning with industry and corporate standards.• Cultivate strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.• Provide expertise and support on platform usage and customer service processes.• Utilize marketing resources to enhance customer relationships and confidence in our offerings.• Communicate activities promptly and accurately to management.• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and adapt to changing market dynamics.• Attend legal events as required and ensure timely customer service support.• Manage promotional budget effectively.• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.• Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment with agility and resilience. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.• Prior field customer experience and/or account management experience.• Proven track record of delivering outstanding results.• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.• Preference for candidates with legal industry sales and product launch experience.• Ability to strategize and collaborate effectively across teams.• Strong multitasking skills in dynamic environments.• Comfortable with uncertainty and fast-paced environments.• Preferably, experience in client support services and digital marketing.• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
