Job Overview: Furnished Finder is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. As the Sales Director at Furnished Finder, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue generation by leading the sales team to achieve key objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include expanding our new listings growth through strategic initiatives, reactivating churned landlords, and nurturing relationships with key accounts to foster retention and upselling opportunities. This position offers the chance to join a fully remote team, mainly in South America. While our team members are spread across different regions, we foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment through virtual communication channels and regular team meetings. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a distributed team setting. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-oriented individual with a strong track record in sales, preferably in the Travel, Real Estate or E-Commerce industry. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills and be able to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results. This role will report to our Chief Operating Officer. Key Responsibilities: New Listings Growth: Develop and execute strategies to consistently increase the number of listings on the Furnished Finder platform. Identify and pursue opportunities to increase the conversion of leads across the Furnished Finder platform. Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and optimize lead generation/scoring. Reactivation of Churned and Potential Churn Users: Implement targeted outreach campaigns to re-engage users who have previously churned or shown signs of potential churn. Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop retention strategies. Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure a positive user experience and increase user loyalty. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including property management companies and corporate clients. Understand the unique needs and objectives of key accounts and develop customized solutions to address them. Drive up selling opportunities by identifying additional Value-Added Services that align with the needs of key accounts. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Provide guidance and support to help team members overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives and track progress towards goals. Partner with our Ops team to generate and manage regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies. Identify and maximize the use of tools across the Sales team, ensuring high efficiency across all capsules. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred). Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry, with at least 5 years of experience as a sales manager or director. Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a remote work environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Minimum English proficiency level of C1-C2.
