Working hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Colombian Holidays off. About the position Reporting to the CEO based in the US, they seek a skilled and driven strategist to join their energetic team. A deep understanding of email marketing is key to boosting engagement, driving conversions, and fostering customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies for clients, aligned with their brand objectives and marketing goals. Own the content calendar for email and SMS campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant communication with subscribers and customers. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and key messaging. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improving email and SMS performance. Build and test email campaigns using email marketing software, ensuring optimal deliverability and engagement. Ideally, you will have the following experience and qualifications Proven work experience as an Email Strategist or in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Knowledge in Klaviyo , Sendlane, Attentive. Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation. Experience with email marketing software, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms. Proficient in HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
