Now, expanding its creative team in Colombia, You will have all your work essentials, establish a tranquil and efficient workspace, and maintain a dependable internet connection. Salary compensation of 2000 to 3000 USD. You will be hired as an independent contractor. 9:00 am to 5:00 pm COT, Monday to Friday, Colombian holidays Off. About the Role As a Long-Form Video Editor, you'll report to the Video producer in the US. Your main focus will be collaborating in shaping our visual storytelling and audience engagement on YouTube. You'll work closely with producers, social media managers, and leadership to deliver top-notch video content that resonates with our audience while upholding distinctive style and tone. Key Responsibilities Craft compelling 5-minute - 20-minute content from raw video to final delivery, including motion graphics, animation, color correction, sound design, and audio mixdown. Translate our long-form content into short form & mid form cut downs for social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more. Efficiently process and incorporate feedback promptly. Maintain open lines of communication with the team, especially in the face of delays, to ensure projects stay on track. Stay ahead of editing trends, testing new styles, and editing tactics to keep content fresh and engaging. Utilize data provided by our YouTube team to enhance and improve key metrics like watch time and drop-off rate. Ideally, you will have the following experience and qualifications Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Expertise in producing and editing impactful long-form videos on YouTube platforms & trends Passion for music & hip hop culture Extensive digital media background. What's Next? Ready to make a move?
