JOB PURPOSE: As the Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind the development and maintenance of a unified brand identity for Unicorn Hunters and Unicoin. Your responsibilities encompass the overall design and execution of projects, advertisements, and the creative aspects of marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with our brand ethos and resonate with our diverse audience. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Cohesion: Develop and articulate a cohesive brand image that represents the unique identity of both Unicorn Hunters and Unicoin. Ensure consistency in visual elements, messaging, and design across all creative projects. Design Leadership: Lead the creative team in designing and executing visually stunning projects that captivate our audience. Oversee the creation of engaging advertisements and marketing materials that convey the innovation and impact of our cryptocurrency solutions. Project Execution: Take charge of the end-to-end design and execution process for various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of creativity and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with overall business objectives. Creative Marketing Initiatives: Spearhead the creative aspects of marketing initiatives, translating complex cryptocurrency concepts into compelling visual narratives. Stay informed about industry trends to infuse fresh and innovative ideas into our creative campaigns JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (8+ years) in a creative leadership role, preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry or entertainment industry. Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative projects related to the entertainment industry and or cryptocurrency and blockchain. Proficiency in industry-standard creative software and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication. Flexible and adaptable – can manage change and work comfortably with ambiguity. Team player – works well in a collaborative environment. Being fluent in English and Spanish is desirable.
