What You'll Do: Remote Work: Engage in impactful legal work from home, supporting our global clients. AI Integration: Utilize AI technologies like ChatGPT to bolster your legal writing. Key Responsibilities: Demand Letter Drafting: Synthesize case information to craft compelling demand letters. Case Management: Gather and analyze case details, interpreting data with a legal lens. Damages Calculation: Calculate damages based on a deep understanding of personal injury law. Negotiation Prep: Prepare case summaries to aid attorneys in successful negotiations. Legal Research: Perform thorough research to ensure documentation reflects current law. Client Communication: Provide reassuring and informative updates to clients. Who We're Looking For: Experienced Writers: Background in legal or demand writing, personal injury law preferred. Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s degree required, paralegal certification a plus. AI Savvy: Ability to enhance work with AI tools. Communication Skills: Fluency in English and effective communication abilities. Independence: Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
