We seek a talented and innovative Digital Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. Position Mission/Purpose: As the Digital Marketing & Channel Partnership Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving marketing, business growth, branding, and channel partnerships for our digital marketing agency. You will implement various marketing tactics and deliverables such as advertising, social media, design, email communication, websites, content creation, and traffic growth. In addition, you will focus on establishing key partnerships with podcast guests, associations and networks that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP). Your ultimate mission will be to develop and execute effective brand and demand generation strategies to support Inbound leads for the agency. You get excited by the challenge of working cross-functionally at a fast-paced, hyper-growth agency. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will partner closely with the CEO, and growth executives to drive awareness, demand, pipeline and bookings. Expected Outcomes & Deliverables: Demonstrates strong strategic thinking and organization capabilities that result in meeting the timely execution of marketing initiatives 100% of the time and achieve 90% of the expected outcomes from such initiatives. Develop and implement brand and demand generation strategies: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth. Utilize data and analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Schedule and maintain campaign/project meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings to discuss and plan marketing campaigns and projects. Maintain comprehensive creative briefs that outline all deliverables and align the team on project goals. Create marketing execution plans: Develop detailed execution plans that align with marketing's demand generation and partnership growth goals. Ensure that all initiatives are well-coordinated and executed effectively. Develop, strategize and coordinate marketing, branding, and digital deliverables: Own the execution and coordination of all marketing, branding, and digital deliverables into the project management system in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with creative professionals and teams throughout the creative process to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of marketing deliverables. Foster effective communication and alignment among team members. Track progress and approvals: Build reports and maintain regular communication with the Manager of Growth and other stakeholders throughout the creative process. Track progress, maintain budget and obtain necessary approvals, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines. Responsible for Measure Marketing Web Footprint, Marketing and Branding initiatives and measured through funnel value and kind of new leads we attract and convert. Meet the yearly goal of $5M in funnel Value in 2024 and for 2023 contribute to the funnel value of $2M with the manager of Growth & Digital Transformation. Take ownership of pipeline creation and meeting monthly and quarterly MQL, meeting, and pipeline targets Manage spends and campaigns across Google AdWords, Display, Paid Social etc. Work with Sales and CEO to develop, promote and leverage events, webinars, etc. Create a Signature bi-annual event and webinar program to build funnel and email list. Work with current content and initiatives to generate and leverage existing content. Build, execute, and optimize demand gen campaigns. Develop an email marketing cadence to develop momentum and leads from all partnership initiatives and existing customer list. Detail on various Immediate Projects Website: Co-Own a new MMR website’s ongoing management, maintenance and keeping the website current as per the overall objectives. Timely and strategic upgrades to various web assets kept in alignment with UX/Ui trends, digital campaigns and positioning to meet Measure Marketing’s mission to be a #1Inbound Marketing Agency. Content: Cross functionally works with the team to develop regular blogs with content team that position Measure Marketing as the experts and elevate our thought leadership. 100% accuracy is expected in messaging on Social Media posts and other content, such as the completion of a web copy or newsletter. Strategic, error-free and timely delivery of content as per the marketing plan. Email Marketing Effective use of HubSpot, measure by HubSpot utilization score of 90% - 95% Utilize HubSpot to effectively utilize the HubSpot CRM and develop various workflows and sequences to support overall sales objectives. Partnerships & Demand Gen Programs: Generate leads from LinkedIn for partnering with associations and getting Arti booked for speaking engagements and podcasts. Develop new tech partnerships alongside Manager of Growth and CEO: Shopify, SEM Rush, Call Rail and other tech SaaS that serve a similar ICP. Add new industry associations so that we can grow our funnel value. Develop a Webinar Program for Q4 2022 and a Signature Event for January 2024 Required Competencies: Outcome focused: Acts with outcomes in mind; is dedicated to meeting and/or exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders and goals. Technical & Business Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in digital marketing and channel partnership development. Strong understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and demand generation. Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to measure and improve marketing performance. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Familiarity with project management systems and marketing automation tools is a plus. Ability to manage time and stay focused on core priorities. Knowledge of WordPress, web design and development and/or digital marketing (SEO, paid ads) is required. Foundational Experience with a CRM or similar client tracking system. An understanding of conversion principles, buyer journey, HubSpot Sales Hub, and Marketing Hub Software certification is good to have. Strong English proficiency level.
