The ideal candidate should be able to conduct end to end cycle of recruitment from opening to closing of the candidate's application not limited to searching, calling, qualifying, negotiating, job offer, and placement. Rate in USD: $5.75 per hourWork Schedule: Night shift / Rotating shift (as needed) Responsibilities: Demonstrating extensive proficiency in high-volume hiring processes. Managing recruitment efforts across all levels of positions, ranging from Entry Level to Senior Level. Utilizing various resources such as databases, contacts, references, and social media to source and attract potential candidates. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Conducting thorough screening of prospective candidates through telephonic and video interviews. Facilitating initial rounds of interviews and effectively shortlisting candidates. Serving as a primary point of contact and cultivating impactful candidate relationships throughout the selection process Requirements: A minimum of 04 to 08 years of demonstrated experience in Recruitment. Previous experience in the BPO/Call Center recruiting industry is essential. Demonstrable expertise in bulk hiring or volume hiring processes is a prerequisite. Proficiency in English communication, both written and oral, is essential. Demonstrated expertise in scaling up operations and efficiently managing high volume demands. Capacity to operate independently and manage multiple tasks within a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal abilities, negotiation skills, and adeptness in conflict resolution. Consistent demonstration of integrity, professionalism, and strict adherence to confidentiality standards. Must have their laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications: Processor: Core i5 or higher RAM - 8GB or higher Bandwidth Requirements Minimum: Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background.
