About the Role Reporting to the COO, your primary objective is to ensure the successful development, execution, and delivery of marketing plans for a core group of e-commerce clients, working closely with Marketing Directors. This involves cultivating a deep understanding of clients' brands and goals, creating and managing campaign calendars, collaborating with internal teams to achieve client objectives, leading client meetings, reviewing deliverables for quality assurance, managing e-commerce campaigns, generating client reports, and supporting Marketing Directors in task execution. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in distilling monthly marketing plans into achievable tasks, accurately assigning time estimates, and ensuring timely completion of marketing deliverables to meet client needs effectively. Ideally, you will have the following experience and qualifications: 3-5+ years of hands-on e-commerce marketing experience creating and driving campaigns (digital marketing, paid search/social, email marketing, SMS, content marketing & social media). Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing, and high attention to detail. Strong relationship management, organizational, and project management skills Able to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media, and Technical Delivery Specialists.
