As a leader in the Financial Technology (Fintech) sector, we are committed to creating innovative solutions that facilitate and optimize financial transactions. Responsibilities: Product Strategy:■ Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for payment reception products, aligned with the company's vision and objectives.■ Collaborate closely with development and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of the strategy.Continuous Development and Improvement:■ Manage the complete lifecycle of payment reception products, from conception to continuous optimization.■ Identify improvement opportunities and new features based on data analysis, market trends, and customer feedback.Interdepartmental Collaboration:■ Work closely with technical, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of payment reception products.■ Facilitate effective communication between teams to achieve efficient results.Market Research:■ Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the field of payment reception.■ Conduct user research to understand customer needs and expectations.Project Management:■ Lead and coordinate projects related to the development and improvement of payment reception products, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Requirements: ■ Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a specific focus on payment reception products in Fintech environments.■ Solid knowledge of technologies and regulations related to electronic payment reception.■ Ability to lead multifunctional teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.■ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.■ Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.■ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.■ Certification in Product Management or Finance is an advantage.
