We deliver custom software solutions with a MAS experience that creates value for everyone. You have: Strong Python skills, including a deep understanding of its core concepts and libraries. Expertise in utilizing Locust, alongside proficiency in JMeter. Experience in conducting performance testing on UI, with a focus on open-source tools. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in performance testing, with a focus on testing complex distributed systems or integration platforms. Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner, with hands-on experience in designing and executing performance tests. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, concepts, and best practices. Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify performance issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Nice if you have: Experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging/streaming platforms is a plus. Experience with Dell Boomi or similar low-code integration platforms is a plus. Certifications in performance testing or related fields are advantageous. You will: Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify, design, and execute performance testing scenarios for the integration platform. Develop comprehensive performance testing plans, including test objectives, scope, methodologies, and success criteria. Design and implement performance test scripts and scenarios using industry-standard testing tools and frameworks. Execute performance tests to evaluate the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of the integration platform under various load conditions. Analyze test results and performance metrics to identify performance bottlenecks, issues, and areas for optimization. Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues, providing recommendations for improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and point of contacts to gather requirements, coordinate testing activities, and report findings. Document performance testing processes, results, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Benefits: English Class.
