Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet. 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Colombian Time. Monday to Friday. Colombian holidays will be off and required to work during American holidays. About the Role Reporting to the digital content manager, you'll be at the forefront of crafting compelling marketing collateral critical to the team's success. Collaborating closely with the production team, you'll ensure that every design meets exacting standards and objectives. Your responsibilities will span from producing digital content for various brands to generating innovative design solutions, all while adhering to client time and budget constraints. Your insights and creative contributions will be instrumental in refining branding strategies and streamlining processes, ultimately delivering high-quality graphic design services that exceed client expectations. Ideally, you will have the following experience and qualifications: 4+ years of experience in digital design. Supporting digital marketing, agencies, or any related industries. In-depth experience in Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Illustrator, PremierPro, and Photoshop. Creating designs for both digital and print. Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals. Advanced proficiency in English. Ability to conceptualize design up until execution. Has work-from-home experience and has worked in fast-paced work environments. Nice to Have Experience with After Effects. Experience in print material is a plus but not required. Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and/or others.
